The Zion Shuttle is a convenient way to make your way around the park. It drops you at many of the trailheads and even takes you to the town right outside of Zion!

We visited Zion NP the week of April 16th. Stayed at the Cliffrose Hotel and walked over to the parks entrance to get the shuttle. Not crowded and we didn't have to worry about parking anywhere. You just get off at the stops where you...More

Busses run every 3-5 minutes and cover all the places in the park you want to go for hiking or for view points. The drivers are very friendly and helpful.

This is definitely the best way to see the Park. Shuttles run every 15 minutes, hop-on, hop-off. Take you everywhere cars cannot go.

Without the shuttle busses parking would be a zoo and traffic would be a nightmare. They run daily from mid March to the end of October. During that time private vehicles are only allowed if you are staying at the lodge in the park. The...More

I have just written a lengthy review about the choice of driving or shuttle including some tips on the park shuttle. I posted it under the entry regarding the scenic drive.

We thought the shuttle system was perfect. Ez to understand, find, and ride. Long lines though at visitor center, go to museum stop to get on quicker most times of day.

Book your guided tour through the visitor's center; if you want to wander on your own, just take the hop on-hop off shuttle within the park..
