It was a new place suggested by a colleague in Hsinchu. Lots of greenery and some traditional architecture to explore in the middle of the country side. They offer you tour bundled with lunch. The restaurant for me was a little disappointing as only local food options. However in good climate like Nov to April a good place to go... More

The "the One" is a former estate of a Taiwan billionaire that is open since he deceased. It is a bit disappointing to hear that the whole thing was built in the 80s. But unlike many other billionaires who have the money to build anything they like and therefore have something outrageous built, this man ordered his architects to follow... More

Nanyuan(南園) is mean "southern courtyard". There building like royal court and landscape very beautiful. Located at trees flourish hill, you would through a period of meander mountain road by car before you arrive in Nanyuan. By the way, you need to subscribe in advance, otherwise you can't enter Nanyuan.
