Last time we were in Bali we missed out on a cooking class at Bumbu and were told you need book at least 5 weeks in advance. As we will be there again in June I have been emailing the restaurant to secure my spot for June and they require full payment at the time of the booking. i'd be more comfortable with just paying a deposit, but interested to know if this is what all cooking class participants have had to do to secure a spot prior to arrival?
