I visited here with my girlfriend, her parents and my six year old son. Free entry was a bonus. Hold the owls, talk to the volunteers about them. It's a small place but it's worth spending a decent time there, we were there at least...More

We enjoyed a short visit to the Owl Sanctuary, it took about 45 minutes. The owl handling was the highlight of the visit and the handlers were very accommodating. They look after other birds of prey too, like falcons, vultures etc. There’s a bit of...More

Rather small, but very nice. You can see quite a lot of owls, hawks and a couple of other birds there which were rescued, but cannot be released back into the wild. The best thing is holding the birds. You can hold one bird per...More

Festival park, Ebbw vale. Go to the shopping centre car park, turn right past the play centre for the kids and keep walking down to the owls.
