It looks like neglected monument in the middle of city. Nothing special. It's historical building though.

For me the one thing i really love is the cleannes of the places. This building positioned near traditional market but still stau clean. Its a simple monument. Nothing to see actually.

It is located within 5 minutes walk from Marlborough fort and/or Chinesetown. It stood lonely, no explanation whatsoever. The building itself is in good condition. But that is all. One good thing, it is located on the way to the ford, to Chinesetown, and to Tapak Paderi Beach. So you could stop for a minute to look at it.
