The water is calm and the sunset view is awesome! Never felt crowded. Our resort was right on Eagle Beach and sometimes it was hard to get an "umbrella" but once you figure out the best times to go you are golden.

We spent a week on the beach May 5-12 at a nice couples-only resort. The beach is white and clean. The water is turquoise. But the wind on Eagle Beach was windier than any other time we've been to Aruba. 3 of the days were...More

Our condo was overlooking Eagle Beach and was only a walk across the road. It was beautiful to look at but sitting on the beach was almost impossible. I know Aruba is windy all year round but I'm not sure if it was more than...More

Clean, fine, soft, white sand where you can walk for long distances. Water is warm and aqua coloured, not great for shelling, some areas of this beach are great for snorkelling. All beaches in Aruba are public. Some restaurants offer fine dining right on this...More

Stopped off for a beach day and it was amazing. Wasn't a big fan of paying a tip to use the bar bathroom, but it is what it is... they need to make money too, I guess. You will not be disappointed.

A woman in the airport said this was the "best beach on the island" and once we arrived, we couldn't agree more.

Lovely beach certainly lives up to its reputation. But a few points to consider:- I found sun bed and parasol hire very expensive., There was a lack of facilities, bars toilets etc., Don't use taxis, there is a very good cheaper bus service that runs the...More

Eagle beach exceeded our expectations! We stayed at the Tropicana so we had free access to the palapas which was fantastic since shade was definitely a must-have. The sand was gorgeous and silky soft and the water was beautiful. There was a little beach bar...More

Nice beach, but we were being sandblasted and had to leave. I don't know if this is a common phenomenon or we just caught it on an exceptionally windy day.

Most of the hotels on eagle beach are across a road from the beach but access is very easy. We love La Cabana but Amsterdam Manor is also a very nice resort and is smaller and a lot less noisy.

Eagle Beach can be loud with locals playing music from their cars and jet skis roaring back and forth. I highly recommend taking a taxi to the Divi All Inclusive resort and renting chairs and umbrella at the stand on that... More

Line 10, 10A or 10B. It's about 7 stops or so. Just ask the driver when you board to call out the stop.
