I would like to try this SPA.. nice Spa menu - I choose body wrap with aloe and milk for $125. And they offer me 1pm or 2:30 pm appointment, which is fine with me ... but , big BUT ! I can get this appointment only with body massage for extra charge ( I don't remember 30 min for... More

I was severely disappointed 5 years ago, but this year was fabulous. I was greeted warmly and was served immediately even though I was early. During the pedicure, Johanna gave me a beverage and some nuts as a snack. The spa chair massage was the best I have ever experienced. Johanna cleaned up my nails and did a beautiful polish.... More

I did not actually have an opportunity to receive a service here because I was not able to get a response from anyone. I left two messages, and even went to the spa in person, where I was told by the receptionist that she was extremely busy and would take my information and get back to me. SHE NEVER GOT... More

For a spa at a major hotel, it is just OK. The quality of the staff/treatments is very uneven, despite big-time spa prices. Marriott must take a hard look at what they sponsor here. Plus, be sure to check your bill at the end of the treatment and also at check-out of the hotel (if you charge to the room)--major... More

I am a Marriott Ocean Club owner who visits annually and treating myself to a manicure and pedicure is a great start to the vacation. Today there was a customer in at the same time for the same thing who spent the entire time talking loudly on her cell phone despite the spa policy of no cell phone use. Taking... More

We received a massage while staying at the Marriott Resort. The Mandara Spa is very small. They do not have any amenities to enjoy while there, i.e steam room, hot or cold bath, exotic showers, etc etc. They make the men and women sit in the same room in their bath robes to wait for their massage. This is very,... More

This place did not honor our $1000 worth or services that we reserved 5 months in advance and did nothing to try and remedy the situation. I CAN NOT believe that Marriott allows them to continue to be located within their property as I heard from several other guests that I and my husband are not the only people this... More

We were really looking foward to our couples massage on our honeymoon. I dont think we even got our full 50 mins plus we added hot stones and head treatment. The massage was the worst massage I ever got . The people were friendly just didnt do a very good job. The tables were very hard also. We then did... More

Stayed at the Ocean Club for our anniversary. Had the couples massage, there was a special price offering so we booked it. It was quite expensive for an adequate experience. Everything was an upsell, extra money for products and services at every turn it made the experience uncomfortable. At the end, when paying, we were told the special price did... More

This was the first time I had visited this spa even though I was told that they have been operating for 20 years and I have been visiting the island since 1986. The spa was very inviting. My daughter and I had a sampling of four different oils that could be used in the massage. After selecting one, we were... More
