A nice place to stop for pictures of the city hall, its grounds, and architecture and other associated features. In the downtown area next to shopping and eateries.

Worst picture of Queen Elizabeth II I have ever seen, but the building itself is interesting. Rather a long walk however from Front Street...some nice shops and cafes along the way down the side streets.

The city hall is free to enter but if you want to check out the art gallery it is $5 each. There were 3 floors of art and it was a nice mix of different artists.
