We visited during the annual agricultural fair. The fair was sweet and similar to a 4H fair in the states. We were really interested in seeing the 'real Bermuda' flowering and plant life. However, we found the gardens and buildings unkept and in need of repair. We enjoyed the children's performance and the carnival spirit but the gardens were a... More

We had an excellent volunteer guide give us a walking tour around the various sections of the gardens. Pity the owners (I think the local council) do not appear to appreciate or want to improve this beautiful setting. The gardens were reasonably well kept but much more could be done to attract visitors. The toilet facilities were disgusting, most unlike... More

Some beautiful, plants & trees but a lack of signage & information. We walked there on the rail trail and there were no signs and nothing to indicate how far it might be. Some precarious bits of walking on roads with no sidewalks to get there.

The garden is fairly quiet right now- but do visit as the grounds are shared with the Art Museum which is well worth a visit

The weather is just perfect for Bermuda Botanical Gardens, its not too hot or humid. The kids are still in school, so you can wonder and stay as long as you desire.

This was likely a beautiful spot. From on top of the hill, you can see ocean views and homes. Unfortunately, it is really no more than an open park area. While that is nice, for a tourist expecting a botanical garden it was disappointing. The museum was small and had some neat works by local artists, but again, time in... More

We were here during the off season so that might be why this review isn't as favorable as it could be. The gardens weren't being taken care of and it looked like a wind storm hadn't been cleaned up. Note: We had been in Bermuda for a week with no wind storms

Located adjoining the major hospital, and on a bus route, it is easy to get to (though we made the mistake of walking out from Hamilton--wouldn't recommend it--road far too narrow and busy!). Sprawling grounds include many features, from traditional rose gardens (not blooming in December) to a nice local museum (with cafe), to an aviary (with peacocks) and perennial... More

November may not be the best time to visit, but there was still many botanicals to admire. We went at the correct time for a tour, but like the other people who traveled here for the tour we were disappointed when no tour guide appeared. On Saturday there is a Farmer's Market on site that offered local produce and products... More
