This is an amazing educational experience. I am not Jewish but really enjoyed visiting with my children. Wonderfully restored, with so much history. In the middle of a UNESCO World Heritage site. More development planned on site.

Our guide was very informative as he took us to the Jewish Synagogue and explained how and when it was built and we were able to go inside and look around.

The history here is amazing! We really enjoyed the museum. The man working there was very helpful, and really full of knowledge . Was the highlight of our trip!

Yes it was. There's a museum and also synagogue and related buildings - we had a staff guide for that part. It's also in the downtown area.
