This place has awesome multiple stores containing beautiful locally crafted items ranging from Clay coasters to beautifully glass handpainted Christmas and decorative bulbs. They have everything that you can ask for, even locally made leather sandals and beautiful clothing. There's not a lot of foot...More

We visited the Pelican Craft Centre expecting lots of local artisan/craft shops but were very disappointed. Several shops were closed, one told us to come back later as they were not open yet (11.30am) and there wasn't even anywhere to get the kids something to...More

Admittedly we arrived before lunch on a Monday in June, but it was disappointing to see how this once-vital focal point of local artisans has declined, with some shops vacant and others not open. For me, this is still a must-visit to pick up cheap...More

Overall not as interesting as expected. One real exception is CSS Art and Crafts run by Shonette Williams. She made two blouses for us and they are really nice. Highly recommended.

Jamal Ifill had some beautifully crafted blown glass pieces. I will shop there again! We visited several other shops and did find a few unique copper jewelry, however about 1/3 of the shops were closed when we were there.

Interesting shopping center - different shops to look at. I enjoyed going in and out of different retailers. Some have the same items others completely different. Worth a look.

We have been to Barbados many times over the years and love this craft center--it has beautiful LOCALLY made crafts, often times for sale by the actual artisan! The craft center is a series of small shops...like an outdoor mall. TIP: There are a few...More
