Good To See

We rode here on a motorbike. It was just good to be here and see the lovely birds in this tranquil setting.

Lake Gotomeer is not the only place to see flamingos but it is one with a look out over the lake and the road will take you close to the lake where you might see some up close.

The drive there is the best once there you will see the flamingos. We continued on to Ricon and came back the other side which is also an interesting and safer drive.

There are good views of this lake and flamingos. At one area we were able to leave the bus and take pictures. From that area the flamingos are at distance. There is another area that is closer to the flamingos, but we were not allowed to leave the bus (actually is was in a area that the bus wasn't supposed... More

As an avid pink flamingo lover, I was in absolute awe when our tour guide turned the corer to Lake Goto! Pink flamingos were everywhere!!!! They were in the street, flying above us and scattered throughout the lake. Every corner we turned, we saw more pink flamingos. I took hundreds of pictures and absolutely loved it! It was one of... When we visited Bonaire the number one thing I wanted to do was see Flamingos. We took a taxi tour that specifically went to the lake to see the Flamingos. For $25 each we got a 3 hour tour and a great stop at rest area next to the lake. There were Flamingos everywhere and it was estimated that there... More

This is a straight forward drive to Rincon, and follow the sign posts trip. The lake is found after a couple of miles of road, and as you turn the corner, you will be alongside the lake. On our arrival the flamingos were a little way from the shore, so a pair of binoculars would certainly help you get a... More

We stumbled upon this by accident on our drive around the island of Bonaire. It was an amazing site!! There were so many flamingos, everywhere we looked. Definitely worth a drive, or even a stop.

We had driven to see the cactus distillery which was closed. Looked at the map saw we weren't far from Lake Gotomeer so we went to see the flamingos. Didn't do the entire park, just drove around the lake saw the flamingos.
