Unlike the flamingo reserve where the flamingos were so far away from us. At Lake Gotomeer they were so close to us as we sat in our golf cart and watched them.

Drive past the lake gotomeer on a trip to the northern part of the island and have a look at the flamingos. The drive is very scenic and the flamingos are beautiful.

If you have the chance we would strongly recommend you to ask before the tour some local contact if depending on the season they know if most of flamingos are in south or north. This lake is visited mostly for its flamingos colonies so it`s...More

Lake Goto is large and perfect for flamingos to recuperate. The lake is nice to visit. The roads around the lake are very interesting to drive on. There are a few spots with breathtaking views. It is worth a visit.

Not as many flamingos when we visited as we expected from reviews. We actually saw more flamingos in the mangroves and salt flats in the south. Nice drive with beautiful views.

You need to drive around to get all the best views of the flamingos at the lake. We were on a tour and were driven to a popular but small viewpoint where you can see quite a distance. Mostly single track road, and more views...More
