This is a nice spot to sit and take in the sights, especially after an evening meal. Watching the locals and life drift by.

This is the place where you take the water taxi to Klein Bonaire. My wife and son left something in the cabin of our cruise ship. Dock is about a 10-minute walk along the water front. Very easy to get too.

We thoroughly enjoyed venturing down here in the evening as the sub was setting. The piers with palapas make for a great place to sit. The views and vibrant colors are exquisite. Sometimes you have to park in the center of town and walk over to the pier as there isn't a town of parking. Enjoy!

Here again wherever there is a pier of any size you'll find fish and marine life galore. In this case you cannot enter at the pier since for practical reasons people within arms length of propellers leaves the former in pieces. So if you risk doing this you must do it when there is absolutely no activity like Sunday's and... More

The Town Pier in Bonaire is a great place to stroll before or after dinner, and when the cruise ship is docked here during the day, the whole area is filled with the local vendors selling their wares and goodies to the eager cruise ship shoppers. Town Pier is also a great place to watch the sun set. Because the... More

You have to have a special pass from the local government (harbor master) in order to dive near the pier. AND you can't dive there if a cruise ship is in the berth. The Queen Mary was there the last time we were there. We did a night dive about 1/3 mile west of the pier and it was just... More
