Better late than never... I just realized I didn't publish a review in February (apologies). I loved our experience with Windows to the Sea. I booked this tour ahead of time for our Carnival Glory. And yes, when we were off the boat, at the pier we were told to wait a bit while they get more heads for a... More

Seven divers and friends are here in Bonaire for two weeks, and we took the tour this morning. What a great experience! The mangrove was just beautiful. Our guide Jairo was delightful, and related great information on the mangrove, its history and flora and fauna, and its size. Amazing. Relaxing and peaceful! We enjoyed getting to see "another side" of... More

After booking Windows to the Sea months in advance, my husband and I met a staff member at the appointed place and time only to be told that they "needed a minimum of 4 people" in order to run the tour. This was never mentioned in any of my extensive correspondence with them via email, but given that we understood... More

Hello Amanda, Terrible service is not nice to read. Indeed we already had contact months ago so I have checked my emails. That day you came from the ship very early instead of many other passengers. We left for a Mangrove tour that day at 10am. I'm sorry what happened but this is my email (below) and I think it's... More

My family and I were visiting Bonaire for two weeks in June 2016 and we wanted to do something different from the great scuba diving on the island for one day. We decided to try a Kayak trip into the mangroves of Lac Bay. This was a super cool experience! Not only was it educational to see this other side... More

We took this tour on May 31, it was amazing with the clear bottom kayak we enjoyed all the nature, mangroves and sea life like turtles, corals, lobsters, fishes, starfish. They provided some water, mosquito repellent, snacks and rum punch. This tour is better than those that the cruiseship offers, I recommend this tour which is good for people of... More

Hello Deborah, Thanks for your great review. This makes us all very happy and hope many people will follow and do the same trip as you did. With or without a wheel chair, it's all the same for us. If we can show the people the beautiful Mangroves, that's were we 're trained for :) Greets Bonne (administration) More

This was our first experience in taking a non-cruise line excursion and it proved to be the best trip taken. The fee was more than reasonable. On the way to the kayaking site our guide Gairo and owner Natalie pointed out wild flamingoes and donkeys and shared local information on life in Bonaire. The kayaking site was amazing. Even for... There were 6 in our group and a total of 10 people going out for a day of kayaking. Gairo was our guide and he was wonderful. There were all levels of experience from first timers to very experienced. Gairo assured all of us that there was no rush, that the day was for enjoyment. The mangroves were wonderful...interesting and... More

My first snorkling experience became really 'n success! Mostly because of the very gently supervising by the owner Nathalie of Windows to the sea! I really overcame my fear for being under water en not be able to take a normal breath! Her help and encouraging was my key to continue! The whole tour was good organized, including the drinkwater...
