A historic building next to La Malecon. In Vedado near many restaurants. Incredible views of the city and hawks soaring above the neighborhood and ocean. Make sure the elevators are working before booking a room here. It is a long hike up 20 floors if they aren't.

At 121m in height this building was considered to be a civil engineering miracle in Cuba when it was built in the late 1950's. Great views and being above many soaring birds of prey all adds to the wow factor. Lunch is taken at the very top where panoramic views are afforded. The elevator requires a small wait due to... Edificio Focsa (or Fosca Building) has the distinction of being the tallest building in Cuba. There are a lot of things to see and do In Havana so unless you've seen it all there is no need to go there if you are time restraint. You can take some nice pictures from the top of this building. Great views. You... More

June, 2016 -- We were here three different times on the 33rd floor at the La Torre. First time was for drink and the view. We went back two more times for the view and food. The steak was excellent. We had it both times we visited. The view is fantastic. The birds are flying around catching the wind currents... More

you can up to the restaurant, but its expensive, go to the bar instead and take a drink as you see the Havana, its better in sunrise then you can see the sun in the sea.

This is the tallest structure in Havana. The Vedado location 360-degree panoramic views of Havana from the restaurant at the top. The restaurant, La Torre is quite good and reasonably priced.

The views of Havana were great, the cocktails not so much. But what captured my attention more than the views of the city below us, were the many turkey vultures sailing around the building, nesting in the lower stories. Magnificent birds.

I'm glad this is way down on the list of things to do in Havana (less of a crowd). For me though, it was a better sunset than being on the Melancon itself. I surprised my fiancee with a trip to this bar. Good surprise. The top floor is divided into two sections, the seated restaurant (with table linens) on... More
