Late afternoon Aug 12, we were the only customers in the store initially and DH picked out his boxes. On our receipt there is a voided transaction of 69CUC at the top, then a 8CUC single cigar, our first box, then subtotal of 200CUC. It...More

She just thought she was the coolest thing since sliced bread but she is just obnoxious--fake cigar smoking really?....treated our drivers/tour gentlemen extremely rudely telling them they couldn't sit with us and that they couldn't go with us even if I paid.....I wonder how that...More

The old Partagas factory (doesn't do tours anymore) but still has one of the best La Casa del Habano locations in the City. Plus has a great VIP lounge to drink coffee, Rum and smoke a cigar next to the great humidor with over 200+...More

Original factory just has a very good retail store now. Great 30 minute tour. Guide sold us cigars on the side. 10-15 CUC taxi ride to get there, and 10 CUC admission, but need to get at hotel or official tourism store. Everyone takes video.

You get to see how cigars are made while they are being made. You are not allowed to take pictures or video but does that really stop anyone? Tour guides will try to sell you cigars in a room off the side, don't buy them....More

The typical photo of the frontage of this building is not the factory anymore. That building is located behind the Capitol building, but the factory with the tours is a 10 minute taxi ride away. The factory tour is 10 CUC and worth it. It...More

I was with a group of guys and we visited the Partagas factory, with the famous sign over the entrance, but it was not the old Partagas building. I think they have moved the factory. This place was certainly not new, and we were surprised...More

I'm not sure. We only went to the old factory which has just a store now. I am told tickets for the new, operating factory, can be purchased at any of the large hotels even if you are not a guest there.

We bought the tickets on site for, I think, 10CUC's. You can buy at the hotel but they are more expensive.
