Beautiful spot for snorkeling. We went when the water was calm and saw lots of beautiful fish with the help of our guide. Very close to the Varadero strip so no need to pack for a long trip to snorkel.

When you think about Cuba you think of the clear blue waters and white sandy beaches. This image is exactly what you get at coral beach. We booked a tour, approximatley $15 per person. Great value for an amazing time. A ton of beautiful tropical fish to see, have fun and give some distance from the coral as it is... More

Arranged with a local for a guided tour of reef. Brought us there by a cab, took us around reef and arranged with suplier for fins and googles. Not a spectacular reef but a nice outing.

Visited Coral beach as part of a jeep tour, unfortunately the water was quite rough, on a calmer day this would be a lot more enjoyable.

If you are into snorkelling and have your own gear just carry on past the tourist centre for 500 mtrs. I dont like snorkelling with a big group but just past the the jeep safari/organised centre is a nice beach with sunshades and beds at 2cuc. Also proper pina caladas at 3cuc. The fish are fantastic, big shoals of Blue... More

40minites guided snorkeling. Every resort nearby offers excursions here, ours was a combo with nearby coral beach/snorkeling, a half day trip at a good price, I think it was $35-40, good value. If you have your own transportation or are taking a taxi I think there's a beach .5 km from the main snorkeling tourist area but I wasnt able... More

This is a nice area for an easy shore entry for diving and snorkelling. There are guides there all day waiting to take guests out for guided dives.

This was by far one of the coolest things I have ever done. The water was clear and beautiful. The fish were amazing along with the beautiful coral. So thrilled we were able to do it.

Varadero Coral Beach is still a wonderful place to go, all things used to be so remote and more naturalized in the last 30 years, but it is still one of the special places out there.

The coral reef was a short swim, maybe 100 M from the rocky shore. Colours of fish were amazing, quite spectacular. Will have to research all the different species.
