Beautiful beach

Spent the day here and it was beautiful. It does get pretty crowded, so be aware of that. People will set up camp literally right next to you if you have any sort of shade, (we... read more

We had been led to believe that this beach was perhaps somewhat more spectacular than was the case. In fact the beach at our resort was far superior and less crowded. Our visit here included a lunch that was also underwhelming and somewhat overpriced. The washrooms, which also served as change rooms, were not particularly clean. I suspect if you... More

Maybe we came on a bad day, but Cas Abou was not really thatr great for us. The beach is incredibly crowded. We came a little late on a weekday and it was difficult to find a spot. The road to the beach eventually turns unto a dirt road and since we were visiting in the wet season it was... More

We visited the beach as one stop on a tour of attractions and decided that was sufficient but we were not so impressed we would have felt we had missed a gem had the opportunity been passed by. It is a public beach with great views, clean white sand, and appealing blue water but also was exceptionally rocky near the... More

Spent the day here and it was beautiful. It does get pretty crowded, so be aware of that. People will set up camp literally right next to you if you have any sort of shade, (we had an older lady put her chair right next to my husband to get out of the sun, weird!) The beach is beautiful, with... More

A sandy beach which amenities. If you are wanting a day at the beach, you can rent chairs, but it certainly is not needed. We came to snorkel so didn't bother with chairs. Water is mostly clear with lots of fish along cliffs to view. Like many places the coral is all but gone from tourist touching it.

Beautiful blue water. Decent amenities. Sand was clean (not littered with garbage). There are beach chairs, a restaurant, dive shop and bathrooms. Beach smells like French fries. Not sure if that's good or bad. You pay $10 guilders to get in at the gate and we went later in the afternoon and it was still pretty crowded. It is one... More

We arrived at Cas Abou about 11:00 a.m., and it was already getting busy. Those who arrived after noon would have difficulty finding chairs to rent. $6 admission and $3 chair rental fee is reasonable.

Nice sandy beach that does not require water shoes. Decent snorkeling-go to the left, lots of fish, not much coral.

Beautiful sand beach but there is a double-line of coral pieces between the beach and the water. Friendly dive shop where one can rent everything from snorkel to full wet-suit-and-tanks. Clear water. Adequate food. Showers (short, water warm but not hot, very public) cost 0.5 guilders.

This beach is absolutely spectacular. Secluded and beautiful, it's absolutely idyllic. So much less crowded than the other beaches (Seaquarium, Kokomo, Daaibooi Baai, etc) and it doesn't have a resort/hotel nearby. The sand is pure white and the ocean is just the purest azure blue. Be advised that the first stretch of water is lined with lots of coral pieces... More
