Porto Marie was the first beach we visited on curacao and my personal favourite. It's a cozy, sheltered bay with good snorkelling and swimming, and good facilities including dive shop and reasonably priced bar/restaurant. It was also considerably quieter than other beaches we visited, and we got the impression that a lot of the clientele were local to curacao which... More

We didn't use the beach facilities, though the huts, sand, etc all looked very well maintained. We accessed the dive site at Porto Marie from a boat. Terrific dive site with lots of fish, healthy corals, etc. We saw a few snorkelers while we were there - not sure how much they could really see as the nicer parts of... More

Beautiful beach with clear turquoise water. Great place to spend a relaxing day. There is a cost of $3 each but it is kept so clean that I didn't mind paying the few dollars. We did not rent a chair as we wanted to snorkel most of the time. Great snorkeling spot as we saw lots of fish including some... More

Playa porto marie is a beautiful white sand beach, with crystal clear waters, flanked by smaller, explorable "caves". It is accessible, very easy to walk around and into the sea, and there are trees or beach-umbrellas offering protection from the sun all around the clock. It is popular with all ages and, depending on where you choose to sit, you... More

I'm from a place that all beaches are free of charge so paying for it was very weird - in fact the first time - but i got the point that someone is preserving the local ecosystem and for so is exploring exclusively the point. Worth the visit with you wish a calm sea, warn sea, shadow and beers. Rent... More

Great beach, but was very crowded on Sunday. However, the sunsets here are beautiful, but I preferred Cas Abao better

Had a fun afternoon at this beach. We grabbed Adirondack chairs under a palm tree by the restaurant/ bar for a nice amount of sun & shade. Saw quite a few fish just off the shore while snorkeling. There is a pier that goes out about 100 feet with a ladder for those who want to get into deeper water.... More

This is a gorgeous sandy beach with breathtaking turquoise waters. Has a restaurant, dive shop, lockers you can rent and bathrooms. We used the dive shop at the beach and did 2 dives. Beautiful coral reefs and an easy dive. Plan on spending the entire day.

Beautiful beach with great amenities. You have to pay for access but it wasn't pricey. Hired snorkeling gear for $10USD. Had a delicious smoothie for $5USD. Crystal clear water and clean sand. Wasn't too crowded for a Sunday. Definitely worth the trip.
