The guides were lovely here and the caves were good, just don't expect a long tour. If it's the first time in caves like this you'll love it but I've been to some expansive caves in Europe and these pale in comparison. That being said, it was the first time my kids were in caves and they really liked it.... More

Take the free guided tour... it's well worth the 30 minutes and you will learn so much! Our tour guide was patient and knowledgable. Caves were gorgeous! Great little gem on Curaçao!

We visited the caves as an excursion from the RC Navigator of the Seas. The bus trip to and from the caves was noisy (the bus needed some work0 so we could not hear the guide but the caves were great. We spent almost 2 hours in the cave amidst the limestone stalactites and stalagmites and bats. Our guide -Daisy-... More

We went to this cave on a cruise tour. It was my first time going into a cave. You have to walk up some old steep and narrow stairs, but other than that, the pathways were easy to walk on. We saw some small bats that inhabit the cave. It is lit with fans to circulate the air. No jacket... More

It was a nice place to visit and take a break from the sunny beach. It is about 5 minutes from the airport and easy to find.

Definitely worth a visit are the Hato Caves located close to the airport. The cave tour takes you through 3 big cave areas while giving you information about how they have formed. Located around the Hato Caves is a park with some turtles, and loads of nature with even some old paintings done by the first inhabitants of Curacao on... More

I always enjoy cave tours. This was a fine tour, but kind of average. I wish we had been able to take pictures without flash. The most interesting part of the tour was the room where there were hidden images in the rock, like a pirate, or the madonna, etc. I wish the size of the group had been smaller-... More

Very impressive old caves with impressive native inhabitants and slave histories. Friendly and funny guide without whom we'd definitely get lost. He entertained us with voodoo rituals by drumming on the ages old rock formations which creates very impressive echo'y and amplified sounds. Not something I ever expected to find or discover on Curacao but worth every minute

Walked there one afternoon when I was between beach visits. What a nice surprise, the guide was very knowledgeable the caves well ventilated and lit they even had a few bats to look at. They were quite high so not good visibility but they were definitely there. Price wise...acceptable not dirt cheap but they weren't trying to rip anybody off... More

These caves are simply stunning and amazing Plenty of parking, guided tours by the hours and entry price approx $8pp. Plan your trip carefully so that you arrive between the half and quarter to the hour. No photography allowed and during the tour all explains why. Daisy ( male) our guide was simple amazing. Great sense of humour and fluent... More
