The Ti Tou Gorge was fun to swim to. The water was freezing but would soon get used to it. A safety jacket is definitely recommended because the current was strong and there's nothing to hold on to. There was two nice changing rooms (not...More

The gorge was so fun! Jumping in the cold water from the top was a shock, but totally worth doing. We visited right after a rain so the current was very strong but our guide showed us the best handholds and we made it to...More

Ti Tou Gorge was one of my favorite parts of Dominica. It was exhilarating to get into the FREEEEZING water and swim toward the waterfall. One of the fellas that work at the Gorge gave me a rope and pulled me up to the waterfall....More

Ti Tou Gorge is nice to see but be careful where you are walking. I had tennis shoes on but slipped on some wet grass.

First trip here this week, the water was cold and murky. The levels were high but it was AMAZING! I'm not that adventurous and a bit nervy but still really loved the experience....there are people there to help you and ladies hiring out life jackets...More

What a great hike!! The approximately 1.5 mile hike to Middleham Falls begins at the small parking area with pavilion and bathrooms. The hike begins immediately with a fairly long ascent (about 600' in elevation gain). The trail passes a private residence and crosses several...More

If you want to see some of the Islands natural beauty then check out Middleham falls and the Ti Tou gorge. If you have 4 people in your group you can even hire a guide to take you canyoneering through the Gorge.

sneakers or tennis shoes are fine to reach Middleham falls, I'd recommend swimming shoes for Titou Gorge

Our tour group provided life belts. It would be a much more enjoyable experience if you are a confident swimmer. A 4 year old could wade at the entrance but I wouldn't recommend taking them in the gorge.
