After a short hike to the beautiful falls we enjoyed a refreshing swim in the pool below. It was a pleasant surprise to find mountain sourced water that didn't turn you blue!

Trafalgar Falls actually consists of two very large waterfalls. The hike is very well maintained and accessible to all. It's hard to get a sense of scale of how large they are, but look for people scrambling down on the rocks in the pictures. It's not recommended to go out on the rocks unless you are agile on your feet.... More

We took the bus and had to walk a short distance to the visitor centre and then another very short walk to view the falls. We went on a day when we were the only visitors and it was wonderful. The following day we joined a tour who had the falls as part of the tour and couldn't get near... More

This breathtaking waterfall is located in the Morne Trois Pitons national park. And just like any other self-respecting national park, they have entrance fees, bathrooms, a small cafeteria, and park rangers that might moonlight as kettle drummers. A trail leads to the falls, and while minimally developed, it is reasonably safe. Hiking it can be a very relaxing experience in... More

We went on this hike today, April 2, and it ended our long day of hiking! Im not sure if its the fact that we had done several hours of steep hills and rocky area hikes prior to this, but this was a very easy hike! It took us less than 10 minutes to get there and has an amazing... More

This was a beautiful surprise on the island. Everyone was so friendly and it was an easy walk into the rainforest.

Hopped off the cruise ship and started walking towards the Trafalgar Falls (about 6 miles from the port). Stopped by a beautiful botanical garden and continued our journey. Within a mile a local taxi asked us if we wanted a ride and for $20 we were driven to a nice restaurant at the bottom of the falls (about a 30... More

A rather steep uphill walk, and back down, but so beautiful, There is a platou where we took Pictures with two waterfalls behind us. This was part of a bus trip Roseau, Dominica with Dominica's Emerald Pool and rafalgar. So far my best experience of 5 caribeean islands.

Very short walk to the falls up a wide well maintained path from the main entrance. Falls are nice to see from the small viewing hut at the end of the path but are much more breathtaking if you go down and clamber amongst the rocks. Make sure to save some money by buying the week long pass if you... More

This is a beautiful place to find a small pool below the falls and swim, sun yourself, or climb the rocks. Hire a taxi to get there.
