Very elegant little place. It’s busy but your in the middle of the colonial zone. Watch out for all the pigeons it was like a mini Trafalgar Square. Some nice restaurants and shops surrounding.

Nice busy plaza with cafe's on one side where you can sit outdoors and watch life in Santo Domingo go about their business. There are plenty of pigeons, statue of Bartholomew Columbus (Christopher's brother) here. Just a nice place to sit and chill.

You can visit the park and get to see a bit of dominican culture. You see how people sit in the park and enjoy a cold beer, eat lunch, and watch the pigeons.
