The acquarium it self was nice nothing extradonary. What I loved most was the outside grounds of the aquarium. When you exit though the back you have get a beautiful view of the ocean. There is alot of green space to sit and relax or have the kids run around. A little further down there is a huge kids park... More

Turtles, turtles, fishes and more turtles. LOL, need more animals, I was pleased with the ocean view. Just lovely. There is also kids park in the back of the aquarium. Lazy sharks! They sleep all day. A huge turtle sleeps on their heads and yet..they don't wake up. This aquarium needs repairs. The windows are leaking water from the tunnel.

The aquarium has a nice collection of local species with some really nice displays. There are some incredibly family picnic spots and a great children's area to make this not just a visit to the aquaium, but a family event. Popular with schools, this is aquarium does a great job representing the nation and is certainly recommended as a place... More

75 pesos for locals but still only 300 pesos for tourists. We spent hours here as it was so interesting despite signage being Spanish only. A great place to sit watching the sea and iguanas from the shade and enjoy a picnic. I would come back to this as there is so much to it.

Overall we enjoyed our morning at the aquarium. It is a relatively large aquarium so takes a couple of hours to wander around and there are a large variety of creatures to see. Some of the tanks lack a bit of cleaning which is the only thing that stops this being a great morning out. Other than that, this is... More

The setting on the coast is spectacular but the aquarium is run down. If you don't speak Spanish there are no translations. Filled with school children who seemed to be having a great time.

The manatees looked a little sick but everything else was vibrant and well done. it's not very big but they pack a lot of fun in a small space i have been here 4 times or so and it's always nice to take a look at the fish here in the aquarium

I enjoyed seeing the exhibits But I had no clue what I was observing...for the most part. Everything was in Spanish and I paid twice as much as my host ( who was a resident ) to enter the Aquarium. LoL.
