Blue calm water

The beach was not very busy and the water was so calm and blue. We even got to see some locals come in with their fishing boats and check out what they caught.

It is not the best beach I have seen, but it<s nice for Punta cana. I was not there for a long time, so hard to say, but waves were good!

This beach was so beautiful. If you go try to go during the week when it is less crowded. The waves are bigger here so it is good for boogie boarding. I saw surfing lessons going on but I didn't participate. We ate there and the food was so good. Venders were there but were not pushy. Sand was nice... More

Recently visited this beach on a tour I took with the outback safari company. My husband and I were so excited to see the most beautiful beach on the island since nobody had mentioned it to us that we would be stopping here. We had been off of the tour bus for approximately 15 minutes of the hour and then... More

Interesting to see the public side of Punta Cana/Bavaro. This beach is public so lots of "hawkers" selling things. Beautiful views.

We got to visit the beach at Macao as part of our Outback Adventure tour. This is one of the most beautiful beaches I've ever seen. Watch the undertow if you choose to swim there. It is very strong. They are also lacking adequate restroom facilities. Just go there and enjoy the beauty of it!!

We had a pitstop at this beach as part of a dune buggy excursion. There are no hotels at all on this beach and nobody selling anything! It was pure fun and beautiful. The water was warm and the waves were great fun!

This is a beautiful quiet beach. Some local vendors and some tours stop here. We were warned to keep an eye on things as this beach is accessible to anyone.
