Offered a free ride to and from hotel. However, ride from hotel was 20 min late. Nothing really open here except the overpriced gift shop. Long long long line to pay with only one cashier and a very slow register system. Waited in line 50 min to pay and left without our stuff because it took so long. Then waited 30 minutes for a ride back to the hotel. Line inside gift shop still long. Do not recommend.…

This was my 3rd visit. Place is nice and their cigars smoke well while fresh No so much luck when you return home. I keep my cigars in a well made humidor but their cigars start to not do well when a year or more old. Smoke fresh and enjoy slike old and not so much.

This fun little day trip was great! My husband and I enjoyed touring the cigar rolling area, the drying room, the storage area, and the giant humidor! We also enjoyed the coffee, chocolate, and rum. Everyone was very nice. My husband enjoyed a free cigar, we enjoyed a great rum tasting, and free chocolate and coffee samples. Don’t miss the hot chocolate!…

Easy to book, communication with Raphael was easy and swift. Transportation came on time and maybe we were lucky, but we did not have to wait, when we decided to go back to our resort. Now the facility itself. I liked that everything was under "one roof". Cigars, rum, coffee, chocolate and souvenirs. Every "checkpoint" comes with tasting. I liked the cigar tour, Ernesto was a good guide and we were provided with interesting information, saw the process and got free sample. Coffee came with a basic presentation, too. Regretably, we did not hear a word about rums and chocolate and staff at these locations was rather grumpy. Overall, good for people that do not want to move around different places in Punta Cana or spend too much time on shopping. On the other hand, prices were quite high. I expected higher margins compared to local supermarkets, but price of the rum was shocking. E.g. Ophyum 23 was almost 30% more expensive here than in my homeland in Europe. …

Fantastic tour. Andres was a great guide and took good care of us. Not a super indepth tour but if you're into cigars and staying out in Punta Cana it's a great way to bust off resort and see how the cigars get made. They will try and find a cigar for you to sample while you tour if you tell them what you like. P.S. Cigar lovers: 90% of the Dominican cigars are produced in duty free zones so the ones you buy there have already been shipped and bought back for resale. You wont find them any cheaper in the D.R. Best to get them in the US. But since Don Lucas doesn't ship to the US and they are made right there I'm not sure why their prices were so high. I bought a 5 pack sampler for $55 US dollars. They are great cigars but still seemed pricey to me.…
