This is a little gem in Grenada. Here they grow all kinks of spices and herbs. You get a tour to learn all about their garden. Very nice

We called into the Spice Basket on a cruise ship excursion. Here we were treated to a drink whilst listening to a steel band and then moved on to an auditorium to watch a good show by local dancers. We also had opportunity to buy spices. An enjoyable hour ensued.

A bit off the beaten path in St. George's, but definitely worth the drive. Great for business, school or celebrations with the family. They will cater to your every wish. I enjoyed their variety of Caribbean food taking influences from all parts of the island nations. Great space to eat, drink and be merry!!

Great venue! Off the well beaten tourist path but well worth the trip. Food was great and the staff was fantastic. A must do if you have time.

Cricket museum was opened specifically for us upon arrival and it contained many fascinating items - as cricket enthusiasts we happily stayed for an hour or more. Only disappointment was that we were charged 10US$ each (no receipt) rather than the 10EC$ we subsequently discovered was the correct rate. Ensure you get the right price then enjoy!

Our family as been living in Grenada while I volunteer here through Cuso International. Through this site we heard about the Spice Basket and decided we wanted to go. Since we are not tourists we needed to find a time we could go that wasn't when I was working and our children weren't in school. Today (Saturday) was perfect, the... More

Went for a Spice Basket experience on our last visit to Grenada in 2014. What an absolutely wonderful experience from beginning to end. We went on a tour where we were collected from our various hotels to be taken to the venue. We were greeted by steel bands playing calypso music until the entertainment was taken over by other artists.... More

Firstly I must mention the theatre of a lifetime. It was fun to experience the best of Grenada's heritage and culture. It began with a tour of a historical museum followed by the world's first West Indies Cricket Museum. It then included great samples of local chocolate, rum & rum-based cocktails. It ends with a captivating dinner theatre (fabulous performances... More

Let me start by saying we usually book water-related excursions but were so glad to take a break from that and hop on a tour that stopped the Spice Basket. I can't really tell you how long of a ride it is from the cruise port as I was busy looking at the sights (and hurricane devastation) on the Island.... More
