Beautiful long wide beach, gorgeous view and very easy to swim. We arrived about a hour before sunset and just relaxed in the water and watched the sun go down. I didn't walk the entire beach but the sand was very soft. It's worth stopping by.

One of the best beaches by far that I've visited in the Caribbean. The water is absolutely breathtaking and the sand is super soft. Great views that overlook the island. Take a tour of the underwater sculpture and snorkeling!

This is the one beach in Grenada that you do not want to miss. Long stretch of great sand and the water is wonderful. Perfect for swimming & sailing. Quite a few resorts along the beach as well as some really good restaurants.

The beach is very huge and sooooo nice. There are lots of hotels at the beach and always a lot of people. Not too crowdy, just chill and fun. I had a great time

Gives choice of quiet areas, or close to food, shade, parking, activities, facilities, and provides an opportunity to walk along the shore in the sun. Nice views along the coast and out to sea. Ideal for everyone.

A beach virtually in the city which is basically kept clean is a bonus. Vendors selling everything which can be annoying, but after 1 no and ignore, they did not pursist. The beach has wonderful soft sand, the water is clear, you can rent unbrellas or chairs, eat at one of the many hotel restaurants, all close to town.

A wonderful 2 mile long white sand beach lapped by the beautifully blue Caribbean Sea.The length of the beach means you can go for long walks and lose yourself in the moment. Apart from around the bigger hotels it is not crowded, safe and there is very little hassle from vendors who are very cheerful and few in number. There... More

This beach is just how you imagine the Caribbean to be. It was very quiet when we visited as it is low season. It is unspoilt and very relaxing. We did get asked for money a couple of times but they went away when we said no. They weren't threatening. Hotels around here are low rise so do not impeded... More

Beautiful beach, we got a water taxi from the cruise terminal, which took around 10-15mins steady sail. Beach was stunning, beach vendors were keen but left you alone when had for beds and people looking after you, water was calm and lovely to swim in. All had a beautiful day would recommend wasn't too busy but only one ship in... More

We caught a crowded and over priced water taxi for 15 minutes from St. George's to the 3km. long Grand Anse beach. Luxury resorts intermingled with shacks selling cocktails, beer and sometimes soft drinks, solidly backed the beach; which was covered with pay-as-you-use sun lounges and umbrellas ($5 a half day), and although a "public" beach, the only public access...
