Town beach with parking alongside, safe, shallow sandy swimming protected by rock groins and a reef, there is a shower to clean off and restaurants plus a nearby mini Carrefour. Local craft, food and veg stalls are also there, together with a sea school offering stand up board etc. There is more readily available parking around the artisan craft village... More

St. Anne Beach is a gorgeous and mellow location. There is a nice bar/restaurant located right on the beach and the local craft/spice market is also located here. There is parking along the street or across the main street in a parking lot. Lots of water activities here - sailing, paddle boarding, windsurfing to name a few. However, the mood... More

Stumbled upon this beach after enjoying lunch on one of the beachfront restaurants. Did not spend much time here as we were heading elsewhere. Wonderful beach for a walk- tons of families and couples along the beach. Beautiful sand and the water was amazing. Lifeguards protected a sectioned off area (with ropes) for kids.

We rented a small cottage in close proximity to St. Anne Beach by coincidence, after exploring both Basse Terre and Grande Terre we realized that it was a good choice because St. Anne Beach is in fact one the nicest beaches in Guadeloupe with lots of restaurants, shops, fresh produce stands and activities nearby. We are still here and travelling... More

we went there on a guided walk. They had some algae on the beach but at least there was no smell. It's a public beach so pay attention to your belongings. It's very close to ATMs, the market and some small restaurants.

Nice local beach. White sand, hardly any waves, little bit of coral--but not a lot. Lots of local shops & small restaurants on the strip. Would return if we come back to Guadeloupe.

the only thing I like was the playgroung workout all those toboggans where you have to pass all those steps and see how much you're strong. good for young people... Those toboggans are in the sea. and it's funny.

The waters are clear ans blue. The palms offer good shade to hide at noon. The beach gets a bit crowded in the afternoon. Nice place.

The sights from this beach are beautiful. The beach itself is layered with white sand which makes the water as clear as a swimming pool. And it's so much better. It's a bit crowded though but we were able to find a spot quickly. Also there are lots of trees which offer sun coverage for when it's too hot under... More
