Stopped here after snorkeling off the coast. Lobster was the best I had in Jamaica - not sure if that was because I was so hungry after snorkeling for 45 minutes, or if it was the open pit preparation. Regardless, it was excellent. Island is mostly wooded with a relatively small beach. Wouldn't be a place for hanging out for... More

We went to this island only because it was part of a 4 hour tour that included a lobster lunch on this little island. Go for the lobster & not for the scenery. If you want to see something fantastic, hire a boat to take you snorkeling on the nearby outer reef.

We visited booby Cay Island and had one of the best days of our trip! We booked w Captain Moses on seven mile beach- he is very close to the grand pineapple hotel and Alfred's. Smooth water, some snorkeling and then an Amazing grilled lobster lunch prepared by Captain Mohawk and Rasta Benny! I would suggest this to everyone visiting... More

The best lobster in Negril. You get here by boat and pick out your lobster while its still swimming. . They clean it and grill it right there on the spot. Fantastic

My boyfriend and I stopped at this island after snorkeling the nearby reef. We watched the preparation of lobster for the grill, then took a trail to the other side of the island. We found a nice tree to sit upon and it was definitely the most romantic place we visited during our vacation. When the lobster was served, it... More

Small island, we just stopped walked around a little, looked at the lobsters (didn't eat). The waters around the island and the island itself are littered. We found some nice shells on and near the beach and we enjoyed the snorkling just before going to Booby Cay. Maybe it depends on the trip you take, we just took a small... More

Captain Moses is the way to go. Moses and the crew make a wonderful experience with snorkeling on the reef to the grilled lobster and chicken with rice and vegies. Can't forget the Red Stripe and rum punch. This was our second time with Moses and would do it again in a heartbeat.

I've done a snorkeling trip with Famous Vincent on my last two trips to Negril with stops for lunch at this island each time. What a beautiful spot to see. If you've never done it while visiting, you should.
