Lovely beach nice and quiet it also has a fresh water river, nice restaurant good place to relax, you can also rent cabins if you would like to stay a couple of days or just overnight

Frenchman's Cove is probably one of the best beaches in Portland. The only problem is that the sea can be very rough sometimes. There are great facilities there.
