Our ship stopped here for a river rafting excursion on the Rio Grande, but we also had a chance to walk around the town and the Marina area. Talk about a night and day difference. The Marina is an oasis of calm compared to the hustle of the town and you don't feel as if you need to look down... More

In our rental we drove from Ocho Rios to Port Antonio to take in the real Jamaica. We stopped at the Errol Flynn Marina for some drinks and we were surprised of what we found. We enjoyed the quiet bar and the drinks and on our way back to Ocho we stopped again for more drinks and a break. The... More

Possibly it was just the time of year, but the glory days of the Errol Flynn Marina appear to be over, and it's now just a big park on the waterfront, with a small, practically unused beach, a marina for medium-sized yachts and boats, and a hotel complex with a pool, bar area and restaurant. We wandered into the marina... More

Port Antonio is a bustling, typically Jamaican town. Turn in through the blue gates to the Errol Flynn Marina, however, and it is a world apart. There's a tranquil path along the marina with just a few boats and nice flowers, which leads to an I Scream shop, just like the one at Devon House in Kingston. Had to go... More

At one time this was a nice place to walk around and have ice cream and a meal at the nice resturants but they are no more. The gift shop is also gone. Some big boats do still pull in here. Fishing boats and a little man who fishes every day from a very small raft can be seen. If... More

It's a nice marina, good views over Port Antonio. There is a bar in the marina that serves average cocktails. They also have food but not tired it.

As its name suggests, this bay was a favourite spot of the famous Hollywood actor, who owned a house nearby. It is a well-equipped marina with a range of services. Sometimes used as a docking area for smaller cruise ships, so can get very busy.

Not much to say about it really. It is a very pretty bay that the marina is located on. Everything was closed when we walked along it as there was (luckily) no cruise ship that day.

This is my fav place in Port Antonio, love the view, love watching the fishes, seeing boats come and go, nice garden areas and a whole lot more. Great family and friends hangout spot.
