My favorite San Juan Beach

This is my favorite San Juan beach. Many young people, many security. Clear water, white sands and clean area. Close to San Juan hotels.

Nice beach, mostly local people and families having picnic. No sunbeds for rent but was not even needed. Clean beach and clear sea.

Although it was sunny it was a very windy day so the beach wasn't too crowded. We found a place that had drinks and we rented chairs from them as well. Was worth the walk down past condado beach. Not so many shops nearby as it was more of a residential area but it was a good place to spend... More

Lovely gated community. Gates are closed after a certain time and can only access through guarded main gate. Quiet and relaxing.

Great, safe and very pedestrian friendly neighborhood with many wonderful gastropub and vintage shop options, and the best beach in town.

This beach area is beautiful. Long stretch of beach for enjoying the day. It is in a safe area and there was nearby parking.

Not a lot of tourists come here. Nice clean water. When I came here we were the only one on the beach for a few hours. Nothing in the area for food so pack food and drinks with you. The waters aren't as nice as some of the other beaches but if you are looking to hang out with locals,... More

Ocean Park definitely felt like more of a locals beach which was perfect. There was 2 large playgrounds for kids, white beach that wasn't too crowded and huge waves, perfect for body boarding, surfing or just playing the the water. There was a few area in the water that were rocky but otherwise, the sand was course but still soft.

We went to Condado and Luquillo as well and this one is my fave! A really good mix of people, Long Beach to walk, plenty of shade and the water wasn't too rough. I want to live here lol. Definitely recommend!
