Located in a small park in the old city of San Juan, this is one of the most peaceful locations that I know. I can come here and sit and just enjoy the quietness of the surroundings and the incredible view of the entrance to the bay of San Juan. Big trees, little or no traffic, few gawkers, make this... Cozy monument overlooking the Bay. Its history is amazing at how a group of women and priests holding torches prevented a full Island invasion. The plaza is very nice, quiet and full of beautiful trees, cats (yes, cats) and an awesome breeze. You come during the day and you will enjoy a majestic view. You come during the night and... More

The Statue is right up the hill from the San Juan Gate. It provides a nice photo opportunity of the statue and a few scenic views. Worth adding to your walking tour.

Not a place where you'll spend much time, but it's yet another stop on the trip around Old San Juan. Be sure to stop by and get a few pictures! Every old building and every statue in the city helps tell the story of its history.

Check this out as you also see the gate. You can then go for a walk along the path outside the old city walls and enjoy views of the sea.

Well, the Brits saw this huge collaboration and thought these guys were warriors and left. Proof that collaboration, collectives for good can... More
