I can say something is that this is a very unique fire station. Very unique architecture and tons of restaurants near it. Located in downtown Ponce.

Right in the center of Ponce’s square, behind the town cathedral, this piece of history shows the puertorrican fire department history and evolution. Lots of stores, food huts, and restaurants. This building and the adjacent architectures full of history. Parking is a bit tight but...More

This was just a walking-by-and-saw-it visit. I mean, the building is quite eye catching. We crossed the street to get a closer look and found cool old fire equipment and a fire truck inside. In a loft were about eight painted lions like you would...More

No fee to get in on this self tour and only takes about 30 minutes to see it all. So cool to see the lions and firetruck. Really neat to see firemen stuff from all over and the building stands out. A nice local treasure.

They have a trolley running withing certain hours of the day. But service is very limited, so you should relly on your feets to walk around the center, and your car to go to the different atractions out of the center.
