If you like art museums, this one is worth seeing. There are two floors of gorgeous art including modern and traditional artwork. There is a lovely garden to sit out at if you grow tired and very helpful staff. Also, a popular cafe is located in the new wing of the museum.

Excellent museum well worth a visit if you are in Ponce. Admittance is very affordable. Highly recommend scheduling a private tour guide as they provide historical info on many of the portraits.

A nice sized museum with a good mix of art. Most of the art has English/Spanish descriptions (about 100 words) as opposed to just the artist and date. It was free the day we went, but still not overcrowded

This museum has a varied and wonderful collection of art, including many styles and varied galleries. I was very pleasantly surprised at the variety and representation. It also features a number of Puerto Rican artists as well as world artists. It is very well laid out, the staff helpful and informative. There is a small cafe for light lunches and... More

This museum offers a pleasant array of local artists as well as a collection of more traditional European art from collections donated by various families and foundations in Puerto Rico. It's an easy stroll, with pleasant side gardens to rest and catch some sun, and it's a fair value for the price. A surprising gem in such a small town.

Don't miss this jewel of enchanting historical art collection. Comparable to any European art museum you'll find from baroque to modern pieces. You're in for a treat from Flaming June to many more...

This place is one of my favorite spots in Ponce. The museum is nicely decorated and has galleries from important puertorrican artists. The restaurant is pretty good also.

Good experience overall. Easy to find with gps and has easy access parking. You can also park on the street behind the museum. There were two floors of art work tastefully displayed. They had everything spanning from the late Middle Ages to current modern art. They had several well known artists and a few even my husband, who teaches art... More
