Great guide, but business practices were lacking.

The trip started off with us waiting a slight bit longer than expected. We were supposed to convene at 8:15, but the guide and transportation weren't there until the 8:30 start... read more

I turned out to be the only person on this tour, and it was not delivered as listed on the website. No snacks or drinks were provided and the 4.5 hours included and hour and a half break on my own, as well as an hour on a beach by myself. This was not a professionally guided tour, and was... More

This is an incredible experience that words just cannot describe. Our guide was amazing and playful which made the evening even more fantastic. We were there during a new moon so the sky was perfect and it made the experience that much more magical. If you want to experience a once in a lifetime bucket list item- go kayak the... More

Unbelievable experience. Rebecca work with Nestor and both are very nice. Rebecca was our tour guide and did great job explaining the bioluminescence. She is loud and clear and talks to her groups like to group of teenagers - there is a reason- tours are when is dark and people could get lost on the water or mix up with... More

The bio bay tour is one of a lifetime memory, but do yourself and you ears a favor and don't do it with Rebecca and this tour. Rebecca is very loud and constantly expressing how good she is in her job and and she loves her job. When our came to explaining the bio bay effect, all she was able... More

The trip started off with us waiting a slight bit longer than expected. We were supposed to convene at 8:15, but the guide and transportation weren't there until the 8:30 start time, delaying our leaving by a bit. We had prepaid for our tour online, but apparently the person who takes the reservations does not talk to the guide much... More

We had a great guide. She was lots of fun, very friendly and very accepting of gay people (i.e. me and my boyfriend).

Guide was informative, very concerned with our comfort and safety and ready to jump in and help if needed. We kayaked through Mangroe forest and bioluminescent bay. Had kids, 8 & 9 yr olds, with experience kayaking; not sure if I'd take younger ones, especially if weather was windy with strong waves in bay.

Rebecca was an excellent guide. She was fun and informative and we had almost 2 hours in the Bio Bay: We went out at dusk before any group and were one of the last ones to come back after circling the entire lagoon. We also hiked to Black Sand Beach and had a great secluded beach experience. Highly recommend this... More
