Best accessed via water taxi (arranged through a tour). "Public" area is very crowded. Snorkeling was nice (lots of fish), but not the best (minimal coral, covered in silt, and dull). Snorkeling gear can be rented at the beach. Beautiful view of the pitons.

This was definitely a cool beach to visit given that it's positioned between the pitons. We snorkeled while there (not world class but worth $10/person to rent the gear and see some pretty fish).and then hung out on the beach. The locals there were really...More

We came on a boat ride from the cruise ship dock and spent a while on the beach and in the designated area for snorkeling or diving. It was so much fun. The crew bought us lunch boxes and it was a beautiful sunny day....More

This is a gorgeous little beach with a nice marine reserve area marked off for snorkeling. The reef is in excellent shape with more young fish than I have ever seen anywhere. The water and coral is pristine and best reached from the beach. The...More

We paid to drive down and then we had to,take a shuttle to the beach, the money you pay, can be used as a credit at the restaurant and we were going to have lunch. Beach is overrated, busy, there are other beaches much better....More

We were on a boat / land excursion while visiting St. Lucia, and our boat stopped here for lunch and a beach break. The view is awesome! Right in between the 2 Pitons. The beach was absolutely beautiful! To be fair, about 95% of it...More

Our taxi dropped us off at the top of the hill at the gates of the resort. They charge $100 to drive you down. (Some people have too much money. lol) The walk down is paved and beautiful. Good view points and gorgeous scenery. It...More

My wife and I stopped by here for an hour while on an island tour. It is a smallish beach and we accessed it by water taxi from Soufriere. It can get quite crowded, especially when a cruise ship(s) are in town. Limited activities and...More

We had the fortune of spending a few hours here on a Spencer Ambrose tour. The snorkeling from short is shallow and pretty good (bring water shoes as it is VERY rocky), and you can't find a more picturesque spot.

Before I go on my rant, I know I could have skipped this beach if I had been aware prior, I will say the snorkeling was a bit above average, and the staff at the Viceroy restaurant were very personable and food good. Thus the...More

Not that we saw. Most of the beach is taken up by the resort, the public is restricted to a very small stretch at the one end. There were bathrooms/showers, but we weren't looking for lockers so can't say for sure.
