Not the prettiest but very functional with shops, atms, supermarkets etc. Lots of bars and restaurants also, and near to some lovely beaches and places of interest. Really enjoyed eating at The Triangle, which serves local food very well priced.

A taxi can be anything from $80. We booked ours with our travel agent so it could vary. It's a good hour and a half away from Rodney Bay but nice scenery along the way and hopefully you will get a nice driver who will point... More

I dont recall any street vendors but a few random stalls selling fruit and veg. The only mobile vender I encountered was on Reduit Beach, a local lady selling roti and curry
