I hate to admit it but the taste of guavaberry is not everyone's favorite - no problem! There are many different flavors to try and decide which one is your favorite. After three separate visits to tastings we settled on the lime flavored rum and...More

I always try to find the spots that locals visit when I travel and this was just that kind of find. The rum is made on the island and infused with different flavors. This isn't your huge-corporate-conglomerate-made rum; it is the rum that was being...More

The staff is very friendly. Small shop and intimate. They have a great selection of authentic rums. They are always willing to give you a taste test. Be certain to enjoy one of their coladas. You can purchase bottles to bring back home. And if...More

I enjoyed our visit, and it's nice (and rare) to find a truly local product in such a touristy place as St Marten. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about this family-run business. I appreciate that they produce the rum here, and infuse it with...More

I love rum and I travel to SXM quite a lot. I go to the Guavaberry Rum shop every time I visit. I usually get a bottle of rum for myself and few small bottles for my close friends. They always love the gift that...More

Visited The Guavaberry Company while on holiday. I must say it did not disappoint. The atmosphere was a true Caribbean experience! The rums were extremely tasty and the mixed colada drinks outstanding! Made a point of going back at least twice during our stay.

Maybe this liqueur was good, once, but it certainly isn't anymore. It tasted like a base of super-cheap rum, mixed with artificial flavorings. I don't know if it actually *used* artificial flavorings, or if it was just from the cheap rum, but that's certainly what...More

When in St. Maarten, go out of your way if you must to visit the Guavaberry Emporium. The selection of flavored rum is wonderful. My favorite is the guavaberry rum. It is possible to get a guavaberry colada which is insanely delicious! There are a...More

A great stop-in; super local, reasonably priced, and delicious! Lots of rum varieties to choose from, but we liked the original guavaberry rum the best- bottles are packed up and ready to transport, we had no trouble bringing them back on our ship or on...More

It's only about a 5 to 10 minute walk tops. You'll be at the end of the boardwalk near the marina, go up to front street turn left and you'll pass the passarhang guest house, Yoda Guy then guavaberry on the opposite side
