Note - this is also named 12 Metre Challenge - Americas Cup Racing. We did this the morning and absolutely enjoyed it. It is on two former boats that competed in Americas cup races. You can be active or passive on the boat. The crew of Garrett, Greg and Duke were great while JT was very good as the master... More

This was a true sailing experience. We raced against two other boats. Although our yacht came in third, there was much enthusiasm. I cannot rate this excursion highly enough!

What a great experience being main grinder on the Stars and Stripes boat. It was a work out pulling up the sail and being a main grinder. Definitely would go back. This was our third time. Be sure and bring you t shirt from previous with the boat name to get a new shirt. Be prepared to work and have... More

This excursion is definitely in the "Do not miss" category. Just experienced it for the second time, this time with a friend - we were both very impressed! We have sailed many times but to sail on a yacht that actually won the America's Cup is amazing. No need for experience - you will have a blast!

We booked this event from our Cruise ship but nothing we read prepared us for the awesome, magnificent experience that Colin Percy's team gave us aboard the 1988 Dennis Connors designed and sailed 12 meter America's Cup racing yacht in Sint Maarten. The copy said we would crew this amazing vessel but none of us believed that would happen but... More

Had a great time racing world class yachts! The guys treated us amateur sailors great and all had a good laugh along with the work of racing. This was my wife and I second time and we brought our 12 year old daughter who had a blast and got to steer the boat after the race (quite a highlight for... More

This tour was recommended by my sister who has done it twice before. I wasn't disappointed. No sailing experience required. The captain and two crew members explain everything. Everyone gets a job, from time keeper, barman/lady, to being a 'grinder' working the winches to trim the sails. Grinders get a workout, so be prepared if you get assigned this job... More

Loved it. Worked as crew on one of three 12 meter yachts that sail against each other. I sailed on the yacht Stars & Stripes 87 that was the last 12-meter yacht to win the America’s Cup. An experience of a lifetime, not to be missed!

These folks run a finely tuned machine that caters to everyone regardless of sailing experience! You'll have fun and feel the history of these beautifully crafted sailboats! They were the equivalent of the Formula One race cars of their time! My wife and I both enjoyed this activity from start to finish! Thanks to the crew of CANADA2!

Stopped off on St Maarten and this was the only 'trip' I wanted to do. Captain Morgan and his fab crew were great putting everyone to task and getting our crew all prepared to be winners. We didn't let him down (he's a hard man to please). A most excellent three hours of the available time spent on the island.... More
