You always receive a warm welcome--often from Laura, Roland's wife, or of course, Christine, who has worked there for years. It is a delightful place--reminiscent of "old Marigot"since the gallery is in an old home. The rooms are open, bright, cheery, and filled with all...More

Very nice painter and his art works are something really beautifull and even magical. The gallery is small, but you will never forget it if visited at least once.

Sir Roland Richardson's gallery is in the house in which he was born. His colorful Caribbean landscapes and portraits are artfully displayed here. It's easy to take home a piece of Caribbean art from this indigenous master to remind you of sunny days on SXM.

Excellent artwork. Lovely use of color. Very pricey. We were unable to visit while he was working, which would've added to the experience.

The Roland Richardson Gallery in Marigot is a highlight of our visits to St. Martin. We’ve been there twice and fell in love with it. We own one of Sir Richardson’s prints and hope to collect more. The courtyard garden inspired my husband to write...More

I heard via email from Laura Richardson that it was destroyed. So sad. There is/was a fundraiser for him but I can’t recall the details. So happy we purchased his newest painting in May of last year.
