We enjoyed the the quiet and tranquil ride on this historic ship. The sunset wasn't the best but was still beautiful. The the drinks flowed freely. Could have used a few more appetizers.

Booked the Dinner Cruise since our cruise ship was spending overnight in St. Maarten. Mirian suggested allowing 30 minutes from the cruise port in Philipsburg to get to the pickup location in Simpson Bay (Skipjack's Restaurant), but I would suggest a bit longer just to be safe since getting through Philipsburg can be challenging, especially in the late afternoon. Our... More

This was the most relaxing and beautiful evening we had. Captain Piter Bekker and his wife Mirian were wonderful! The food was delicious and the conversation was hilarious at times and very informative about the islands. I highly recommend this tour.

Pieter and Miran are fantastic hosts. I think this was our 4th or 5th year sailing with them on the Friday of the Heineken Regatta. The sailing was great. Unfortunately the Gun Boats withdrew from the competition, apparently due to some new rules, so there weren't as many boats to follow. It was still a nice, lazy day on the... More

The Passat has a wonderful dinner cruise which starts out in Simpson Bay. The food is great and the drinks are great and the views are great and the price is reasonable.

Great evening.... short dingy ride from Simpson Bay lagoon onto the Passaat Schooner which is a masterpiece in itself. Did a cruise out to sea taking in breathtaking sunset views with super discussion with crew and fellow travellers. Finished off nicely with 3 course dinner onboard which was good quality. Well worth a visit if you are in Simpson Bay... More

We booked this excursion 9 months in advance. We showed up at the pickup location according to our confirmation printout and waited over an hour and a half. No one ever showed up. We called the local number that was provided to us and it did not work. Very dissappointed as we had already paid over $20 in taxi fare... More

Dear Sir, What you experienced is very unfortunate. We indeed received your booking and that of another couple in June 2016 for a sail on Sunday 19 March 2017. Unfortunately no other passengers booked for this date so we informed your touroperator per email that this sail was not taking place due to not reaching our minimum of 8 guests.... More

We absolutely love the dinner cruise on the Passaat. The food is fantastic and the coconut cream pie is to die for. Small groups and wonderful company. This is the best dinner cruise we have ever taken and we just keep coming back because of it.

After 7 nights in the Caribbean (three on Saba, three on Statia and one in St. Maarten), we took this sunset cruise to close out our honeymoon and it was really perfect. Not over the top or overly structured, we met some wonderful people, had some tasty snacks and a few drinks to watch the sun set on our trip.... More
