Great snorkeling! Lots of great fish. A great stop!!! Easy mooring. We were there in july, and norman island did have some jellyfish! One teen got stung really BAD. It was at Pirates Bight cove .

This is a must see in the BVI. There are mooring balls around the area and floats to hold on to around the caves. We saw turtles next to our boat and swam from there to caves. Lots of fish. Beautiful waters!

Definitely one of the favorite spots we hit during our vacation through the BVI's; not a really large area, but there is an enormous amount of marine life around the structure. Recommend getting there earlier in the morning to hopefully get the entire area to...More

The Caves were easily one of our best snorkel spots in the BVIs. Only accessible by boat, we were fortunate to have it all to ourselves. The ocean life in each cave was amazing. The red fish we had not seen anywhere as well as...More

We spent the night at Norman's Island, before we settled in, that afternoon we took advantage of heading to the Caves for some snorkeling fun -- which didn't disappoint. The Caves offered up a different snorkeling experience than many of the other places we went...More

This is a must see snorkel stop in the BVI. Unfortunately can get crowded. Arrive early before the big charter boats. Eat at The Club in the Bight.

We took a cruise ship snorkel trip to Norman Island. Our particular excursion did not provide guides in the water. They made us wear those annoying floaties, and we didn't feel comfortable fully entering the caves / tubes on our own. The snorkeling was good...More

This is a cool place to snorkel. You can go in the Caves and snorkel. We moored a pretty good piece away and dingied over. This was very crowded and boat loads of people rolling in when we left so plan accordingly .

If you've never been in a lava tube before--or swam in one--then why not stop and do so? That's certainly a unique bucket list item. Other than that, though, not a whole lot going on here. Didn't mind doing it, just wouldn't go out of...More
