This is a 400 plus year old distillery and it still does everything the old fashion way. The tour is only a couple of $ and the 4 types of rum they make called Arundell's are $1 for all 4 shots. We bought a couple...More

Went to Callwoods which is a neat little stop and we enjoyed ourselves. I am not sure there rum is proofed correctly though because we put a bottle of the 10 year in our freezer and in not too long it became quite slushy. In...More

Very cool place! An historical distillery where rum is made in a big drum over an open fire. We bought shots for the group ($1 for 4) and took bottles home. They even have mini plastic bottles of rum to buy and take home for...More

This 400 year old distillery is a quick stop, but worth the trip. They have four different ages of their pure cane Rum ranging from moonshine - right out of the still - to a sweet sipping oak aged Rum. Their 5-year and 10-year oak...More

400 year old distillery and still makes a good rum. Older rums are smooth and the young rums are rough but, you cant beat four shots of 4 different rums for $1.

My husband is a rum fan so we couldn't resist this little distillery. Be sure to listen to the overview and history, interesting. Worth a stop!

We walked to this place while on the island, all run down and in need of some major cleaning. They served what tasted like "Moon Shine" from the back of the service bar. No thanks.....

Ok. As the title says, my wife loves the panty dropping rum (yes, that's its actual name). It's sweet, and it's one of the few rums she will drink straight (I'm not a fan personally). The 10 year aged is good and I bought a...More

This is a bare bones excursion. The building has been in place for 200 years, so what do you expect? :) The staff was very friendly and answered any questions. The rum was good and prices were reasonable. Still only $1 for four tastes.
