Recommend hiring boat to take you for at lrpeast a couple of hours. We really enjoyed a quiet, peaceful afternoon here yesterday. If you snorkel close to the rocks along the shore, you are sure to see plenty of interesting fish. Water was a bit rough, so be careful where you enter...find the flat, level rock for an easier time... More

Went to this beach to snorkel. The sand is clean, soft and small grained. The fish viewing was wonderful. Turtles, rays and a multitude of colorful reef fish to see. I would check the internet to see when the cruise ships are at the island as the beaches are crowed when they are in town and you could be alone... More

This may have been the prettiest beach we saw. Many overlook it as it is sort of close to bitter end and Saba rock. However, the water here was gorgeous and the snorkeling great. We stopped there for lunch, then snorkeled and went to SABA rock. Stop there, it is great!!!!

Took a taxi from pier about $30 one way. 25 min ride from the pier. We did not want to wait to fill up a jeep. We would have saved about $10. We were the only cruise ship in this day. Beach relatively empty, chairs free, no umbrellas but plenty of shade. Nice waves, beach a little rocky, (sandy right... More

Beach is a bit rockier which volcanic rocks. They said there was a lot of sea glass but we didn't have any luck.

This a long stretch of uncorked beach. If you go mid-day, there's not much shade, so bring your sunscreen.

This beach has beautiful white sand but be aware of the large rocks and coral not too far out. It is difficult to swim here. At the far end of the beach you will find a treasure trove of sea glass if you are a collector. I added to my collection in a big way.

We gave been to VG several times and this has to be the best, most secluded beach for snorkeling! It's out if the way off a dirt road, no sign, etc. out of all the times we've been there, we either had it to ourselves or there was just a couple people there! Pure paradise!

We arrived by water. This is a beautiful out of the way beach. We spent three hours, mostly alone and I was able to spend 90 minutes snorkeling. The rocky area to the left as you face the water contains some interesting underwater features, boulders grottos and further from shore, nice coral. The reef fish are plentiful although I didn't... Not the nicest beach on the island but definitely vacant. The snorkeling there was exceptional. Watch out for the currents though, they can be strong
