This was one of our favorite spots to snorkel. It can be a little tricky if you are swimming in between the rocks and the surf is rough, but it is such a pretty area and there are a lot of fish there! The rock...More

This was my wife and I favorite beach on the island. Something you would see in a movie, two coves, rock formations, no seaweed, beautiful sand, shade trees, and great for snorkeling. Best part, public beach!

One of our favorite swim spots on the island. When the surf is calm, the snorkeling out beyond the rocks and around the cove is quite nice. Rough surf brings a different kind of fun tumbling around in the waves. An excellent place to take...More

Great little hidden gem off the beaten path, this little cove is great for snorkeling. The crystal clear water with lots of fish to watch, with beautiful rock formations is a sight to see. Located on the East side of the island it is certainly...More

This is a stunning little beach. We stumvled on it as we drive along the coast. Stopped and had s swim for a short time. It was not crowded and spotlessly clean.

It is a nice little beach, with good snorkeling areas. Clear water. It can get crowded real fast. Maybe better to go during the week.

This was a neat experience- the snorkeling offered unusual things to look at around the rocks. Don't have to go out far to see different kinds of creatures. Great place to hang out - completely different than seven mile beach.

We ask a number of locals where the best places to snorkel close to seven mile beach were, and the conscience was Smith Cove. It's free with public restroom's,and has sculptures of Giant Iguanas, that I had my Pic taken with. We drove by and looks like...More

There is a small motel-type place less than a mile north of Smith Cove. I stayed there last year. The name is Riviera Grand Cayman. Very basic, no frills place. It was up for sale so I don't know if it still exists. The... More

It is about 2 miles from where the cruise ship docks to the cove. No sidewalks (most of the way).
