Beautiful fine sand sparkled with small soft pieces of coral. NO SEAWEED! Better than Bondi, Fiji, Cuba, Florida, DR, Cancun ....

Crystal clear warm water and beautiful sunsets. The hotels are generally 4-5 stories tall (except the Kimpton and Ritz), so it doesn’t feel like a city on the beach like many places we’ve been. Not too busy, great for walks.

Beautiful stretch of beach with clear blue water. Picturesque & Best on the island. Nearby restaurants and hotels.

It is a beach, white sand, clear blue water like many others in the Caribbean, they all look the same, rays can be seen passing which adds a point of interest, quite busy when we stopped off.

Showers, beds, shades and even an adult pool. All of this backed up with a nice restaurant. Pricy but generous. And those caribbean waters are the best of the best. A nive place to spend a day on the beach.

Sorry, I just saw this. When you get off the boat street side of you turn right they rent snorkeling gear, there is a beautiful cove/park near by. We did have a tour that took us snorkeling right near the cruise ships... More

I second the Macabuca Bar. You can snorkel there and have yummy drinks. Not much of a beach, though. Or, you could go to Hemingway's. It's a restaurant inside a currently defunct hotel. The pools and bar at the hotel are... More

The beach is free and public. Most of the resorts have signs that say the chairs are for the guests of the resort.
