We spent the afternoon here. Shallow water for a decent beach day with good snorkeling if you go out a bit. Be very careful of the strong current. There are also no facilities here and you have to walk a bit after parking which means...More

We were staying at Southern Cross Club and had them drop us off at Point of Sand for some swimming and snorkeling the last full day we spent on the island. If you rent a moped you can get there but it is way out...More

It's very pretty with crystal clear water but there are strong currents that can move you around without you realizing it. Don't go too far from shore. Otherwise enjoy.

Went snorkeling here with a friend. Lots of coral heads and a multitude of fish life. There are picnic tables under a shelter where one can put their beach bag, etc. Great for taking walks along the water as well.

Gorgeous remote beach on Little Cayman. The sand has a beautiful pink tint and the water is clear and blue. Ideal for a quiet day and for snorkeling. Also, you can see Cayman Brac in the distance to the east.

We came here with our 8 year old and were all able to snorkel and see amazing marine life....hawksbill turtles, groupers, barracuda! All right off the beach.

I absolutely love Point of Sand - it's right at the east end of Little Cayman and whenever we go, we cycle from our accommodation near the airport - it's a long and hot bike ride, but worth every minute. The beach is beautiful, wide...More

This "point" at the far end of the island is spectacular. Beautiful sandy beaches, a shelter with a barbecue area and tables. A beautiful view of Cayman Brac. And complete quiet. Just you and nature. But go prepared with food and beverage because there is...More

Silky smooth sand that begs to be walked on. Amazing place to chill and snorkel. Little Cayman visit is incomplete if you do not go there!
