16th/17th century church in the middle of the West Indian island. Very interesting. It is a small building with fine details of interest.

Besides the Botanical Garden, not too exciting in itself, the two other sites to visit in this 'City of Arches', thanks to its covered sidewalks, are its two cathedrals, standing next to each other a bit back from the harbour area.. The Anglican St.George's Cathedral...More

Cathedral interior is currently undergoing renovation. Interesting to walk round to see all the wall plaques to get a sense of the colonial history.

Church is being prepared for renovations so many items packed away. Stained glass window intended for St Paul's but rejected by Queen Victoria was stunning. Interesting and quirky wording on many grave stones.

The church's cemetery is in the outside yard surrounding the church. The church's office should have the records of persons who are buried there as that burial 'honor' is not given to just anybody.
